Groups

Workspaces for working groups, committees, and teams. You may only edit folders belonging to the group to which you belong, or which are specifically shared with you by a member of the owning group. However, anyone may navigate to and view any folder or item in any group workspace which is not specifically placed in the "private" state; and any folder or item in any group workspace which is not specifically placed in the "private" state may be linked for viewing by anonymous visitors to the site. If you must maintain confidentiality of any folder or item in a group workspace, you must place it in the "private" state. You may share folders or items in the private state for editing by granting the local role of "owner" to another member or group through the "sharing" content tab.
