2007 RCOOS Proposal

The RCOOS Development Proposal Team crafts proposal to build a prototype, end-to-end Southeast U.S. Regional Coastal Ocean Observing System (RCOOS), carefully examine the adequacy of the design, develop metrics for performance, and assess the system and the development process for more regular use.

Funds Dispersal Guidance

SC Sea Grant will administer the funds for the FY07 Proposal. Please use a start date of November 15, 2007 and end date of September 30, 2008. Will need to get your proposal summary, budget summary and budget justification to Elaine as soon as possible.
