Board Term Limits
The term limits for the SECOORA Board of Directors have been determined.
TERM LIMITS
The Board process for determining term limits was decided by consensus vote. For continuity and to maintain diversity on the board, it was decided:
- Executive Committee Officers were all given two year board terms but will be eligible for re-election to the Executive Committee annually.
- The remaining board members names were placed in envelopes by sector and then names were pulled for one (1) year and one (3) year term from each sector. After that was completed, the remaining names were all put together in an envelope and two (2) year terms were drawn randomly. The remaining names were drawn randomly alternating between (1) and (3) year terms, until all slots were filled. The results follow:
