Buoy for a Cause

Thank you for your help! We have raised the funds needed to keep Buoy 41036 on the water. Below is the original call for action.

--
The Onslow Bay, North Carolina marine community needs your help! January 2015, off the coast of North Carolina, buoy 41036 was decommissioned.  UNCW’s Coastal Ocean Research and Monitoring Program (CORMP) is partnering with SECOORA and the area boating and fishing community groups to raise the additional funds needed to deploy a CORMP buoy (as pictured) that will replace 41036.

Our goal is to raise $16,000 by May 15, 2015. Please donate today. SECOORA is a 501(c)(3);therefore, your donation is tax deductible.

All donations to support the buoy can be made via PayPal or by mailing a check to SECOORA.
