The Governors South Atlantic Alliance has just posted a solicitation for Letters of Intent related to the recently released NOAA Federal Funding Opportunity for Coastal and Marine Spatial Planning and Regional Ocean Council activities. The information is available at the Alliance web site: http://www.southatlanticalliance.org/funding.htm.
SECOORA will be submitting a LOI in response to this solicitation. Please contact Debra Hernandez (debra@secooraorgpact.wpengine.com) immediately if you are interested in collaborating on a response. The deadline for submittals to the SAA is November 8.

SECOORA Partners with North Carolina Communities to Install New Water Level Sensors
SECOORA has partnered with North Carolina Public Safety, Beaufort County Emergency Services, and the town of Belhaven to install new water level stations in two flood-prone North Carolina communities.
