RAY BIOTRACK SURGERY

Dr. Rojas Corzo inserts a BioTrack acoustic transmitter into a whitespotted male ray with 5 ft (154 cm) disk width (distance from the tip of one pectoral fin across the body to the tip of the opposite fin). All animals sampled under approved special activity license (SAL-25-1785-SRP) and using protocols approved by institutional animal welfare committees.
